Shelter your horses year round from weather and sun and preserve your footing at the same time. Equi-Line Mfg offers two types of Roof Structures/Buildings.

The first roof structure we refer to it as the "Donut" Roof. This unique design free span roof structure covers the exercise area only, is made of square tubing and is hot dip galvanized after fabrication for long lasting durability. Features include trusses, girders, roof liner and outside fence (available in 6' total height, either 4' solid with two rails or 6' solid) complete with sliding door (7'-6" wide). The outside fence is available in Lumber (EX Panels).

We built this design of structures for any size of horse exerciser up 100' / 30 m in diameter. Structure is free standing and does not require a concrete foundation, therefore it is a portable structure.

This system keeps exercise area dry and free of snow while allowing natural lighting, excellent ventilation and therefore a healthier environment for your horses.

The same free span structure, without the outside fence panel system, is used to cover any pre-installed exerciser of any brand up to 100' / 30 m in diameter.

Specifications of "Donut" Roof Structure:

• Covered area 15 ft./4.60 m.
• Exercise area 8 ft./2.44 m.
• Allowed snow weight 290 lbs/yd² (110 kg/m²).
• Allowed wind load capacity 90 m/h (144 km/h).
• Suitable for all kinds of exercisers.
• No crane and extensive foundation necessary.

The Equi-Ciser™ Dome

This is a complete inclosed and heavy steel structure designed to mount the Equi-Ciser™ in the tip of the dome. In doing this, we have created a 57' / 17 m round pen (76' / 23 m Dome for NX 622) in the middle to lunge horses. Exterior of Dome can be matched by customer requirements.
